undefined problem with the circuit

I've been constructed the circuit exactly the same as yours. All items are exactly the same. The program downloaded to the board successfully. The servo also functioning well before connected to the circuit and after discarded from the circuit (use testing servo code). Meanwhile, the gear motor also funtion properly when connected straight to battery.Unfortunately, nothing happen to the robot.
Can you give me any alternative that i should try to make the robot run?

Your circuit seems to be
Your circuit seems to be correct.Maybe your sensor is giving false readings or not working because the working of motors and servo is totally dependant on sensor readings.

Ive been change the sensor and the sensor work well as when i move something toward the sensor,at serial monitor i can see the change of value decrease from 600++ to 100++.Unfortunately, when connected to robot,the robot also doesnt work. Any other suggestion?
